Real Estate Contract Automation
The clients' app depended on manually converting hundreds of pages of state-specific PDFs into structured data — a process that took months and could only be done by one developer.
A Human Focused AI Workflow
I built an AI-driven pipeline that generates ~80% of the required data automatically. I then followed up with a focused editing tool for fast and intuitive human touchups.
From a Day to 15 Minutes
A form that previously took a full day to build can now be created in minutes — and a process that was technical and fragile has become a shareable workflow.
Relationship Based Security Auditing
User access at the company was tracked manually across systems like Google, Slack, and GitHub — making it difficult to see who had access or where risks existed.
Connecting the Dots
I made a graph based system that unifies accounts into a single user profile and clearly highlights security risks. A security analyst and I worked closely together to find an ideal discovery workflow.
Workflow, Improved
This replaced spreadsheets, manual graph db queries and helped validate the product with early funding.
Navy Pier Multi-Screen Installation
We needed a way to create video playlists with text overlays that would run on a schedule. The videos need to sync across 4 displays and the playback had to be perfect.
Smooth Transitions
I created a player application with stutter free sync and cross fades across the 4 displays. This is backed up by a custom CMS allowing visual editing and scheduling of playlists and templates.
Still Running
Designed with redundancies to ensure continuous, reliable operation. We don't want anyone missing that announcement about the July 4th fireworks display.

Microgen
I ran a mini web studio inside of Protocol Labs for a year. We created multiple sites for startups per week using an open source site builder I created called Microgen.
QR Lost & Found
A QR-based system for recovering lost items without sharing personal information. Anonymous reporting and updates happen through Twilio SMS notifications.
Interactive Timeline
Large-scale multi-touch timeline in the lobby of Mortenson HQ. I came up with a tile based animation system that feels truly magic when standing in front of the screens.
